The Savona Ceramics Museum is pleased to announce the launch of MEGAMUSEO, the new membership program designed to offer visitors a new and engaging way to discover its collection and its spaces. The objective of the initiative is to bring the public ever closer to the museum, transforming it into a lively center of culture, where experiences are shared and knowledge spreads in a dynamic and participatory way.
To inaugurate this new chapter, the Ceramics Museum is organizing a launch event on Friday 13 September. From 3pm to Midnight, the museum rooms will be transformed into a special stage where different local realities will come together to celebrate and promote the ceramic tradition and culture of Savona. A project that the museum carries out every day through the valorisation of its collection and scientific activity on exhibition projects, but which with this program opens up to the city, for constant participation between the museum and the community.
During the event, participants will be able to preview some of the activities that will enliven the museum’s new schedule of events and initiatives, created specifically for holders of the MEGAMUSEO card. Throughout the year, in parallel with the scientific and curatorial activity that is already being promoted, the museum will propose a new calendar of events to experience the museum in a unique and original way.
The entire program of the day and the ways to participate in the activities will soon be available on the museum’s official website. The launch event will be reserved for those who have signed up for the MEGAMUSEO card, which can be purchased at the Ceramics Museum or on the website starting from Monday 2 September.
⚠️ On Friday 13 September, on the occasion of the event, the museum will only be open from 3pm to midnight. It will be closed in the morning.
The MEGAMUSEO program includes two different types of cards: AMICO and SOSTENITORE, which differ in the benefits offered and the target audience. Both cards guarantee free entry to the museum all year round, discounts on products, workshops and initiatives of the museum and partners, and exclusive invitations to exhibitions and events.
The cards will be valid for one calendar year from purchase (January-December). However, for cards purchased starting from September 2024, the validity will be extended until the end of 2025.
Card AMICO:
AMICO OVER35 > 30,00 euro
Dedicated to all visitors over 35 years of age.
AMICO OPEN > 60,00 euro
Dedicated to groups of up to 4 people, made up of 2 adults and 2 under 18s.
Card SOSTENITORE:
SOSTENITORE OVER35 > 60,00 euro
Dedicated to all visitors over 35 years of age.
SOSTENITORE OPEN > 100,00 euro
Dedicated to groups of up to 4 people, made up of 2 adults and 2 under 18s.
SOSTENITORE UNDER35 > 10,00 euro
Dedicated to visitors between 18 and 35 years old.
