How to get here

By car
From the motorway for Savona (A6 or A10) take the exit “Savona”. Follow the signs directing you to the city centre. The museum is located ten minutes by car from the motorway exit. The nearest public parking spaces are in: Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Mameli, Priamar – Corso Mazzini, Arsenale. For more information about parking spaces and fares, click here (available only in Italian).

By train
The nearest train station is Savona train station and is a 15 minute walk from the museum. Follow the signs for the city centre or the marina.
Public transport is also available from Savona train station to the city centre. The bus terminal is located opposite the train station (“Terminal Autobus TPL”). Board the bus heading towards “Piazza Aldo Moro”, get off at the stop “Piazza del Popolo” or “Piazza Mameli”, then walk down Via Paleocapa until you cross Via Pia. Follow Via Pia for a hundred metres and turn right under the colonnade of Palazzo Gavotti. Cross Piazza Chabrol and turn left in Via Aonzo.
