Every year, Music Thursday fills the historic centre with concerts, extended opening hours for shops and free entrance to the Art Museum of Palazzo Gavotti from 20:30 to 23:30 and a guided tour to the Sistine Chapel in Piazza Duomo from 9pm till 11pm.
Take advantage of these two hours to visit the Ceramics Museum and discover the Municipal Art Gallery, two collections that together offer a complete panorama of the artistic tradition in Liguria, from the fourteenth-century altarpieces and the traditional white and blue majolicas, to contemporary ceramics from international artists such as Asger Jorn and Adrian Paci.

The event, made possibile by the contribution from Costa Crociere, this year has a few new additions including the participation of the University of Genova: Unige, Campus and Radio Campus Wave that have created educational science workshops which will be held in via Santa Maria Maggiore, from 8pm onwards.
